Sets to determine a tag is presented after reader detects in a given period time. The value is ranging from 0 to 254.

temporary: Type: SystemBoolean
True value specifies the changes are temporary overwrides for settings. The changes are not saved into the EEPROM and take immediate effect (no rebooting required). False value specifies the changes are permanently overwrides for settings And also saved into the EEPROM. The changes will keep after rebooting the device.
hundredMilliSeconds: Type: SystemInt32
The time period (unit in 100ms) that the reader continues to detect.

Type: Boolean
Return true if the operation is OK. Return False If the operation Is failed.
